Police Shoot Individual After Stabbing Attack at Manchester Jewish House of Worship
Authorities opened fire on a person of interest after several individuals were attacked with a knife and a car was reportedly steered toward members of the public outside a Hebrew congregation in the Crumpsall area.

Police were alerted to the location on Middleton Road at around half past nine in the morning after a witness stated seeing a car being directed at pedestrians and a man being stabbed.
"Shots were discharged by armed officers at approximately 9:38 a.m.. One man has been shot, thought to be the offender," the police announced in a official update.

Paramedics reached the scene at 9:41am and are presently tending to injured individuals, with several people suffering wounds from both the car and knife attacks.
